This is the most popular auto detail machine in America. This machine will operate on a 15 amp breaker at 115 volts so a dedicated 20 amp breaker is not necessary. If you compare this machine to smaller spotting machine (1 to 2.5 gallon) heated or non heated, this machine has a 100 psi water pump in it. This means your stroke time passing over the fabric is less that when you use a 50 to 60 psi smaller machines. The smaller spotters use a vacuum motor that is a full inch less in diameter which equates to longer dry times on your fabric. The Mytee 8070 uses a full size 2 stage vacuum motor capable of cleaning with 15 ft of hose. If you have a 20 amp breaker available, please consider the Mytee HP60. The Mytee HP 60 has 50% more suction and a larger heater in it for even more aggressive cleaning. If you can operate your machine on 2 breakers, you can look at the Mytee 1001DX-200. Still even more heat, more vacuum, more pressure. Power consumption is in direct response to cleaning efficiency. The more power your machine uses, the faster, cleaner, drier your cleaning is.
